Terms
A plain-language summary of the terms, not a contract drafted by a lawyer. Where a checkout or a written scope says more, that document wins. Updated 2026-09-29.
The software
Warding is free and open source under the Apache License 2.0. It is built on Amazon's open-source Kiro agent workspace; the attribution is in NOTICE. Not affiliated with Amazon.
As the licence says, it comes as is, without warranty. It is unaudited by a third party and maintained by a single owner. Read what is enforced where before you let it run unattended.
Your agent vendor's plan limits and their terms for unattended use apply to anything you run through it, and may change.
Paid items and refunds
- Setup sessions and design-partner pilots (paid through Stripe) have a written scope agreed before you pay. If the written outcome is not reached, you get a full refund.
- Founding Supporter (paid through Polar, the merchant of record): a full refund within 14 days, no questions.
- Anything labelled "in development" or "Waitlist" is not what you are buying. Joining a waitlist is free and commits you to nothing.
This website
The pages describe the software as it is on the date they were built. Where a capability is unverified or in development, the page says so; the dated record is on /verified. If you find a claim that overstates, read the source and reporting status.
